At PurrFresh™, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a 7-Day Exchange Guarantee to ensure peace of mind with your purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@purrfresh.store with your order number and photos of the issue.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send you a replacement item free of charge once your exchange request is approved.
Due to the nature of our business, hygiene-related products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
